Thanks to S.D.S. for the Home Bake Instruments - Tapes. I'm sending this through microcosm Tunnel into the 404, then compressing the EVERLOVING SHIT out of it. Pump the drums up super high and you get a nice sidechain effect. Is this a JPEGMAFIA warm-up track or absolute garbage? No one will ever know. I had fun with it regardless smile

DAMN this is aggressively noisy. Love it. The quasi-sidechain was a cool effect. The track is like a distillation of the sounds from the noisier kinds of music I like (Skinny Puppy, Throbbing Gristle) into its purest form.

Had to look up Home Bake Instruments, that’s some interesting gear!
