I have also been looking at the sp404 for a while. Seems like a fun device, if not on its own then def with some ipad apps that can generate some sounds for it to stay fresh. I wonder about the workflow. Or I guess just have a big library of samples…? I’m not so good at organising samples n stuff.
This jam sounds really nice. Spacey. Sounds different than the typical lofi beats ppl seem to make with it, which is great in my book. I can imagine jamming on top of this track with an instrument or vocals.
