Sounds pretty good.  Up until about half way through I thought the track served quite well as inoffensive background music to something.  What I would call the bridge and chorus are quite strong; they could have been used more than once in the track.  The backwards guitars in the outro was a nice touch, though I'm not sure the ocean sounds were necessary.  I'd be interested if you developed this further.
