Mermaids Of The North

By ScanianWolf on December 20, 2020 11:58 pm

Finally able to make some ambient, sea punk inspired techno, combined with sounds from my GBA w/ Nanoloop2 and my DMG with mGB and LSDJ. Made use of my new Arturia Keystep37 to control and sync most of my external gear.
Very happy I got to make this track, I just recovered from covid and that's why I couldn't post last week sad.
Anyhow, all better now! smile

Kick + Bass and Pads recorded from Nanoloop, Ride + claps recorded from my custom made kit on LSDJ layered on top of some hi-res samples. Lead synth: ableton.

Oh shit dude! I’m glad you’re feeling better!!!

Sweet techno; I like the vibe here.

Cool.

Oh wow j'espere que ca va mieux maintenant!

The bass is really nice, smooth and just at the right place to drive this track, along with the hihat.

Merci beaucoup, je vais beaucoup mieux maintenant, juste la fatigue qui s'attarde un peu..
Glad that you liked the bass, it was the element I was most concerned about getting right when integrating my gba into ableton.
