Really like the grimey and detuned synths and tentative build up. Really makes it hit harder when the bass comes in and completes the groove.

Thank you! I used an LFO on a sampled synth waveform for that detuned chorus lead, in retrospect I think I was thinking like a guitarist doing a pitch-bend. I've been guilty of overdoing bass in past entries so I deliberately tried to keep bass volume a bit low, just enough that you feel it in the mix but not so much that it overpowers the other sounds.
