edit:damn. i left a track on of vocals by accident, it kind of ruins it. Ah, well- who cares

I don't think it does really.  Adds an extra element of interest to listen to.  The raw quality of the track is enjoyable too.

I can't even tell which vocal track isn't supposed to be there, it all fits really well.

No way, not only does this not ruin it, makes this have this remarkable imitation across voice parts, no idea if this could work if done on purpose, but this is worth exploring. I love how fragmented the voice lines sound, in part because of doubling effects, in part because of your magic delivery over that sparse strumming textures. Ending is amazing, too. heart

Yeah, I left on the the track that's kind of mockingly "that's how mountains work," because I sang it as a joke. And I felt it was just some shoddy singing at some parts. But, ehh- whatever forever, as the song states. I'm glad ya'll like it!

I had the loose idea to have dual vocals in the beginning up until the two eyes, two paths, and then have it become  one voice when it talks about walking one path. After relistening again, I think I know what you mean about the imitation/doubling being interesting- I'll think about that some more going forward. Thanks!
