2024 WeeklyBeats! Hey everyone! Coming on back for another year! I'm not sure what my goals are for this year but it's for improving my song structure, melodies, music theory practice. Also maybe a little bit of therapeutic venting because hoo-fucking-boy... 2023 was not kind to me at all lots of downs, some ups, but all in all... I'm still here making beats!
First track down! At first I wasn't too happy with this track and the way it was developing, but a little happenstance messing around with a midi keyboard to try and entertain my son and wouldn't ya know it... I forgot "Oh right...I can just friggin let notes develop into chords." So I toyed around with that and it just got fun from there surprisingly! I need to dust off my notes as I forgot how to tinker around with the FMSynth on the M8.
