Wasted

Didn't wait until today to start, but it took me until today to get the idea to add spoken word to this track, and it turned in to something pretty okay, but the production suffered a bit.

Thanks to: Colin Mutchler for his spoken word/poem "Drugs of Choice."

Made with/on/by/through:
- Logic Pro
- Alchemy synths, Stylus RMX drum samples, East West ethnic instruments and atmospheric noise
- Colin Mutchler's spoken word, from the website above.
- MOUNTAIN DEW BAJA BLAST followed by total sugar crash.

Dat bass...

The spoken word really ties it all together nicely.

Those sharp, metallic timbres fit perfectly, love spoken word/music tracks. Favourited!

I think this is fantastic. Disturbing words, what I heard. There was an article about a woman who drove with a BAC (blood alcohol concentration) of 5x the legal limit (0.05 being the legal limit) just up the road from here, with her two kids in the back.

vivid work. very moving.

Also a sucker for spoken word stuff. Great track!
