Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Starting off with a simple uptempo lofi beat. Went through a few iterations that jazzed up the chords for no reason; the way this version evolves is downright generic, but I liked it the most.

I like the strings your using there. Sounds a bit like a Chinese guzheng. Nice track, perfect warmup session, with the work on the bass, you don’t want to forget stretching these drum beats and get your heart pumping with good melodies. Looking forward to more!
