Welcome back!  The track is a banger―I especially dig the leads and the bass drum (which I guess is already half the instruments ). 

I also really appreciate the educational commentary in the video.  When I started looking into chiptune composition & arrangement techniques earlier this year, I found myself wishing for resources exactly like this but they're surprisingly rare.
