exhausted but satisfied. friday was a friend's birthday so we went to their favorite pizza and ice cream shop then a huge arcade and got home by 1am. saturday was trekking with my friends to play a show out in detroit at an afterparty (i was running visuals for Nevada Hardware). it was a blast, but the drive there was pretty grueling with rain and low visibility with all the mist from cars for half the trip. though i wasn't driving thankfully. got to the venue, setup, rocked out, stayed around until 4am when it finally closed (uuugh) and probably didn't get to bed until 5am. up at 10am, shower, hit the road, eat after getting outta the city, then because it was overcast and no sun it felt like time was frozen as we kept driving and mostly everything seemed the same. we listened to a buncha early belgian new beat and early acid, so this track is vaguely informed by that. probably going to go to bed shortly after this posts haha so outta it. satisfied though!
