Working in Higher Ed, my life has always been in cycles of semesters. The past semester wasn't a lot tougher than previous ones, again celebrating a lot of positive changes completed over the summer (much of which took a lot away from my sanity and sleep in August). New members of my team getting acclimated, feeling a calm and sense of hope, looking ahead to the next year. Music reflects a bit of it, but again I think I have some levels too hot. Ah well.

I do love weeklybeats and I'm happy we're nearing the end, but I'm also so enthused and ready for all the possibilities and magic to come from 2019. I feel like I've been training for a marathon all this year, and next year will be a huge amount of focus and energy to build even further.

We're almost there!
