Addiction to Friction

This week I ended up experimenting with some of Ableton's built in features. I've used Simpler to slice a loop then put a random trigger on which notes it plays with some delays and filters thrown in. Main a percussion loop which ends up sounding a bit jungle and a pad loop which goes a bit trance. Recorded live with some minor arrangement tweaking afterwards. Is it rough or right? Not sure but fun to do.

Great variations and sonic choices, totally compelling.  Increasingly trippy as I listen to it, with the delay and filter mods.
