guitar skip three

By cfurrow on June 19, 2016 1:54 pm

Simultaneously trippy and groovy.  Those high-pitched noises that come in near the end are super cool.

This is great; real guitar? More information, please!

Thanks, Jim! This is real guitar but I used a few tricks. I recorded a guitar line and then imported it into the Live 9 Simpler. I added an LFO to modulate the sample start time and used a M4L sequencer called AtoV Project Technocity for the sequence. Of course, that's just for the guitar you hear at the beginning. I also used old fashioned guitar loops. smile

"...that's just for the guitar you hear at the beginning." To clarify, I use that throughout the whole song, it's just the first guitar part you hear. Also added some filtering on that part as well.

Beautifully wacky piece!
