Thanks, Jim! This is real guitar but I used a few tricks. I recorded a guitar line and then imported it into the Live 9 Simpler. I added an LFO to modulate the sample start time and used a M4L sequencer called AtoV Project Technocity for the sequence. Of course, that's just for the guitar you hear at the beginning. I also used old fashioned guitar loops.
"...that's just for the guitar you hear at the beginning." To clarify, I use that throughout the whole song, it's just the first guitar part you hear. Also added some filtering on that part as well.
