My Slang Is Out of This World

A taste of a new project I'll be starting up with a DJ friend of mine who is a 3x DMC DJ champion for Australia.  He's not featured on this track unfortunately but this is the first track for him to hear and experiment with.

We are both members of the Australian hiphop group Bloomy Meadows too.  This may come as a surprise to those who have followed my music but I play in many groups including a death metal band and a Nu Soul group amongst others.

This track was all created on the Analog Rytm with minimal effects feeding through the Octatrack, Boum and Bam.  The vocal track is a freestyle from Raekwon of Wu Tang Clan fame which is freely available online.

A great surprise indeed. I like the work on beat you did. I need to follow your project.

OMG

was not expecting that whatsoever. this beat is WILD.
worked so well w Raekwon over the top. hell yeah

Ha I thought that rapper sounded familiar

I love that you do so many different styles and projects. That's what I strive for too. That and continually getting better at both production and playing.

Good work, awesome that you have another new project coming out!

Thanks everyone.  We've got a few tracks/ideas in the works and hoping to get an album together by the end of the year.  I have lots of ideas so it's a matter of freeing up some time.  Fingers crossed.
