Internal Voices Begin to Weaken

By rdomain on February 21, 2026 7:59 am

A one take performance using the Plumbutter, ,OP-1 Field, Bestie and Chroma Console. Some added reverb in post.  No edits.  This track heavily features feedback mixing with which I'm a big fan of.

I'm listening with headphones and I can feel them vibrating against my ears every time that big low note hits.  It's quite cool.  This is a neat soundscape you've created here.  There are huge raw and almost industrial sounds, but it doesn't sound harsh or abrasive to me for the most part.  Maybe a little bit at the loudest point, but still not unpleasantly so (I would more consider it climactic), and then that outro is almost soothing.  Nice work!

This popped up while I was|wearing bone-conducting headphones, and holy cow the vibrations tongue  Love the feedback in this, even though it tried to remove my teeth from the inside out

Huge sound! These big low kick like bass sounds resonated in my room. I love the glitch and the haunting pads. Great moody track!

i've always been a big fan of feedback mixing too! i been finding out which of my pedals sound cool feedback looped. i've done it on mixers too, even messed around with digital feedback in audiomulch once, now that was insane loud.

anyways, this track sounds super good!

This shook my car. Really cool.

So it sounds like the feedback mixing worked a treat with the sonic assault.  Haha.  Thanks for the feedback (pun intended) everyone!  big_smile

Nice and very tasty.
