Bones to Dust

No synths!  I've been testing some bass guitar tones for a couple of projects I have in the works and was inspired to do a guitar track.  I've been meaning to for a while so hopefully I'll do some more through the year.

Guitars, bass, drums.

I am not missing the synth at all. The bassline is growling fantastic. The guitars are beauitiful and the solo on the guitar is mindblowing. This test is positive.

Damn that growl... That is some dirty electric bass tones. I quite like the guitar chords too.

Is there a reverse reverb on the snare? That is very cool. Nice guitar solo as well.

Wow nice bass sound! I can really imagine singing on this, and it's still good without it also.

All part of the grind. This is a great combo.

Great title, wow this is a banger, guitar and gnarly bass sound great, I think you definitely need to keep exploring this avenue, perhaps combining this with some of the modular work.

Ooof sludge indeed!  Gotta love that heavy grinding bass sound.  That snare hits perfectly in between the guitar solo and bassline too.  Excellent work!

Look, man I know you said testing the bass tone (which is all sorts of growly/vomity if that can be used for something hella dope) but your guitars are supermassivehugenormous in this. Glorious sound.

Catching up with tracks! The same bass tone as the one from Week 17 - I love that one! That crunch brings a lot of attitude. It's a nice contrast with the cleaner guitars. Guitar soloing as well! That is super cool, you can play that guitar! smile

Thanks for the comments everyone.  Appreciated as always.  I'll get around to listening and commenting again soon!  Have been busy with my usual teaching with some added sound design work on top which I do in my spare time.
