A Slow Dive

Mostly created on guitars and bass except for the obvious piano and one small Moog synth part exposed at the end.

Is that a super detuned bass you're using or are you pitching a normal bass? That sounds so loooow. The bass feels like a heartbeating pad, like a deep layer at the bottom. The guitar layers and the glitch like sounds towards the end would take me to NIN territory. Nice one, it's inspiring to think you did mostly with a bass, guitars, and producing magic.

thank you for coming up with all this inspiring new ideas. new territories of aesthetic musical art.

Very thought provoking

Thanks heaps!  And no pitch shifting on the bass.  It's a 5 string bass that's always tuned down a tone for one of the bands I'm in so it's plenty low. smile

Awesome.  Cheers!

Very evocative title, it really does seem to evoke a bad thing happening in slow motion, but somehow inevitably so. Love your work.

Love the tone of the guitars.  Especially how the filtered section becomes it's own beat.   Dark and brooding and bad ace!  Def could see this in a film like Heat. smile
