i participated in this week's disquietjunto.. the max patch i made to create it is uploaded there in that thread, too.
i didn't like it(i usually don't like the ones i do for disquietjunto, but that's probably to good effect(helps me break out of expectations and ego a bit), so i even started a separate soundcloud for that type of experimentation, plus other max patchy weirdnesses i mostly did during the start of the pandemic),
so to make this, i mashed differently-pitched versions of the disquietjunto i did for this week together, added a little aalto and kaivo going through valhalla-supermassive, and automated many aspects of 'Softube Tape' plugin on the master, all within Renoise, to create this weirdness(<-technical term).
feeling like this week is a 'down' week in terms of energy(went all out in producing last week's, needed a breather so i did this in a relaxed/casual sort of way). hope it fancies your tickle big_smile

I'd totally steal the intro (up to the lowpass breakpoint) and follow it up with laserdogrob's guitar riffs. I am always lazy to do any sound design explorations, but this shows I need to. A very wholesome textured rumble weirdness™.

I have no idea of your workflow, but it sounds organic and has a bubbly atmosphere and a lovely weirdness.

A neat textural journey to be sure.  It's a whole sound world to itself.

The process of this is way over my head, but doesn’t matter as the end result is it sounds dope.  That bass tone near the end is a pleasant punch and really like the stop effect used a couple times.

so many tasty bits in your work, as others have mentioned no idea how you arrive at the destination but glad to join you on the journey.

Really cool approach and idea to this week's track.  Lots of bassy bits of ear candy throughout that grab your attention.  Nice work!

cq... transmissions are getting heavy interference tonight off planet...

Found this thoroughly easy to get lost in completely. Closed eyes, let the turbulence be felt, thought of three-dimensional sampling / collage at an architectural level.  By the time the track abruptly ended, had no idea how long it was, how much time has passed. Had to reopen eyes and reorient myself.

I like this one a lot, reminds me of my past musical life. heart
