baroque peppers

I am proud to have improved my drumming with a little help from ableton live, chopping the recording and speeding it up a bit. The guitartracks are variations of a certain melody that I did with my looper. It reminds me somehow of a quartet, playing the chili peppers in a baroque-like adaptation. Maybe I did this unintentional, because I learned violin for 12 years, but like the peppers guitarwork more.

Very cool. I really like the guitars. Very interesting manipulation of drums.

Cool drum work and some excellent guitars.  I like the clean tone on them.

Adore the guitar work in this track. The transition at about 01:49 is really great, too.

Yes the guitar tone instantly reminded me of red hot chili peppers!

Absolutely love the part that starts at 1:48. And the drums... really nice work.

Awesome drums and guitar, like the use of effects on the drums, as others stated that change up at 1:49 takes this one up another step.

I hear that Chili Frusciante influence in the guitars.  I like the pitched change with the drums in the middle as well.  The guitar change at around 2min is even cooler.  Well done!

I'd love to hear a bit more Flea in the bass, but I really like where you ended up.

First, great title, and the reason behind it is awesome! Baroque peppers indeed. I hear that influence. Kudos on more drum playing. Guitar is awesome, I love that faster drum part, so cool. This has nice evolution through the changes too, like all your stuff. Nice job.

Yeah, the guitar and bass interplay has a peppers feel! Nice tone and cool drum work. The mid bridge is really big! Nice to hear lots of experimentation going on but pulls together into a really solid sound.

Wowsers, this is super good. It sounds very much like math rock except it's in 4/4 haha. Like The Redneck Manifesto or Tera Melos something, crisp clean tone, guitars doing a myriad of interesting melodies that dance across the fretboard, crashing cymbals that give off a punk vibe. What did you use for drums?

.... doing a myriad of interesting melodies that dance across the fretboard!!!! you are overdoing. Thank you.
I have a cheap and old drumset since 100 years, don`t know anything about drumming, but used a chopping-trick with ableton live for the drumrecording, that makes it sound good enough for my purposes.

Thank you for the beautiful comments. It means a lot to me. It was a lot of patchworkwork finalizing this song.
