Saturday Thrash

Dug out and fixed up an old guitar. This was the first riff that came to mind. Only had an hour to do everything this week so I just programmed everything, but hoping to get more guitar stuff involved moving forward.

This is all done in Logic for iPad. Guitar is GeoShred, bass is the stock Logic studio instrument, drums are the Session Player, and synth is Agonizer. The real magic is in the amp sims: Mammoth and Rhino by AuroraDSP.

Thanks I added some info in the OP about the amp sims. Great stuff by AuroraDSP. I was surprised at how lifelike they made the stock Logic guitar and bass sound with basically no effort.

Damn…Logic on iPad and an hour? Awesome. Great tones. Haven’t played with the bass session player much - that tone is gritty and awesome! Choppy beat at 1:45 is great.
