The immersiveness of this recording is incredible. The sound itself is beautiful too, and the dog sounds are very cute. Do you find that mp3 compression reduces the imaging of such a recording by a lot? Or is it not so noticeable? Also, can't read your blog.

Is the noticeable cheapness due to the mics AND the recorder, or have you tried the NT4s with a better recorder?

Have you done many recordings at higher sampling rates, and if so have these had an impact on clarity and imaging?
