Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Created 4 layers on keyboard. Was initially using piano, flute, violin sounds but switched for more synthy/rough stuff. Then searched for some spoken word, pitched/chopped... bingo... I guess i'm just a rock in the ocean, and God is my tide.. . .. . . .. . .. .

It sounds mystical and inspirational and the repeated spoken word phrase becomes almost meditative with the chill musical background.
Well placed spoken word. Fits with the pacing. I hear some musical phrasing way in the background that tails the end of each melodic pass. Really cool sound and positioning in the mix. Gives more depth to the track.
This is gorgeus, like the combination of the soothing arpeggios and the rather abrasive, basic waveform... very soothing, thanks
