I always dig found sounds and you've managed to turn the random sounds into something very "music" sounding in the proper sense as opposed to just a collection of noises.  Not that there's anything wrong with a good noise collage once in awhile either, but I'm impressed with how you've utilized these sounds.

Wow I was JUST thinking the same thing.  From the beginning it sounds very Tom Waits-ish.

Great work with the sounds, @Podling.  Very interesting track.  I really can't get over how much the beginning minute or so sounds like a Tom Waits song (in a good way!)

I had to listen to some Tom Waits after this.  It really reminds me of his song Singapore.  Give it a listen if you've never heard it.  Too bad Waits' voice is so unique and hard to reproduce, otherwise I'd say throw some Tom Waits style vocals on this.
