Tweedleville 3AM

A slightly more ambient piece this week, some drones, a few synths and some live drums. Starts of quietly, but adds a bit of energy towards the end. The drones and drums were improvised and recorded first, then I added the melodic elements and then finally editing the melodic elements to create the final composition.
Quite close to my usual process and usual palette of sounds, I must try to venture out of my comfort zone soon.

wow, great track. I like how you slowly get the drums involved. When I read your description I was only listen to the intro, and was afraid that the drum would kill the vibe, but not at all. It adds up perfectly to the dark vibe. Nice work!

Thanks. My use of live drums in my own projects are almost always on the soft side, often only using brushes or mallets.
