This time the starting point was a drone from an old unfinished track. But after working a bit with new ideas for it I decided that it would be an interesting exercise to try to make a track that employed various pop music strategies, like a traditional verse/chorus structure and composing with a more or less traditional rock band format (guitar, bass and drums) in mind.
Realizing that I do not have pop-creating capabilities, I gave up on creating a conventional pop song, instead doing this piece of dark, dense bubblegum-pop-sludge.
