This week's idea was to do a track with nothing but a minimal piano line and some sparse live percussion. But as I were mixing I added some piano bass and a background synth, not feeling that the original recordings could stand alone (and wanting to mask out the background noise in the percussion track).
Still quite minimal, but probably more towards conventional piano music than what I originally intended.
