The second week away from home and my usual equipment ended up with this. The first half is sort of ambient industrial, while the second half turned into a almost-funky-industrial thing.
Got home in time to do the final mix on my usual setup, and am looking forward to being able to do a 'normal' track next time. smile

cool, very atmospheric! you ever consider a career in video game sound design? :-)

This is fantastic. I can't even imagine what is generating these sounds.

I dig that wet-sounding downtempo beat . ,, . ,, . ,, .

I dig the low end kick/bass combo in the second half.  Pushes the noise subtly forward.  Do like smile

Well, my mind is boggled! Great.

Made me think of very deep, dark water .. murky and muddy moody goodness!

Love the contrast of sounds bouncing in and out.  The Abyss came to mind from the deep bassy feeling.  Nice job!

Thanks, some of the sounds this week were processed beyond recognition since being away from my usual instruments meant I focused more on effects than usual. So in a sense as much sound design as composition in the traditional sense smile
The drones/loops in the background were based on some old samples of fluorescent tubes, playing a metal banister with drum sticks and a garbage compactor, among other things.
