Burning (Dub)

By Plantrain on April 17, 2016 8:19 pm

A slight detour from my other tracks this week, one of those tracks that takes a lot of work to finish just because it's not my usual style. In the end I decided on doing a dub remix instead of finishing the track the way I originally was going for. I will never be a genius dub producer, but I knew that already.

Cool change of pace.  It has a nice groove to it.  I always enjoy hearing tracks that are a little outside one's comfort zone.

I really like the overall arrangement, the overdriven sounds, the delay (and filtering)!  Very satisfyingly dubby.

Great effort on the dub.  Dig that smashed guitar type chord half way through.  More of everything in the mix I say!  big_smile

You underestimate yourself -- this is some of the best dubosity I've heard.
