Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Here is a little lower effort plucky tune. Mostly all M8 except I did sample the pad lead and the bass drone from my Hydrasynth. Enjoy!

It has a little bit of an 80's feel to it. I could see it soundtracking a movie during like a police investigation or something. There's something a little mysterious and intriguing about it.

Really cool how the intro melody gets built like the plan is coming together one layer at a time. Slick string_pads that create a sense of mystery underneath the synths. nice work!
powerful kick and i really dig those bass stabs. great rhythms and synths:)
Enjoying the juxtaposion of the heavy kick and the tiny snare. Gives a lot of space to the arp parts and that soaring pad lead! I also really like all that tiny sparkly percussion/the hats shooting back and forth between my ears, very tastefully dialed in.
Feels like the perfect chill soundtrack to being lost deep into an automation game. One where you look at the clock and suddenly 3 hours have passed and you're still busy optimizing a huge machine.
Oh yeah. This is great. Echoing that it'd fit so well in something like Satisfactory or Factorio.
