I dug the rhythmic chord jamming around ~2:36. For some reason I can hear the opening much more clearly from my laptop speakers than my BT headset―but I liked that, too.
Lol yeah, the mix is garbage. I listened to it on my AirPods for the first time after posting and hoooly shit it’s boomy. Oh well. Just another thing to tweak moving forward.

This is a great learning experience! Go back to your mixing environment and tweak your setup so you can hear the "boom"
e.g. - if your final mixes have too much bass, turn up the bass on your mixing speakers so you can hear when it "gets bad" sooner
