Guitar Chain is a little more cumbersome than just that unfortunately.

Guitar (Self Explanatory)
Frost Giant AOR (Laney Preamp in a pedal)
Quilter Phantom Block (to mimic the front end of an amp and the power section.  Sadly, the cab sim is awful, so I run it FRFR into my DAW for a direct tone)
NadIR - (IR Loader.  Use some Celestion IRs from Suhr that have always served me well). 

Little cumbersome but gets the job done.

As for SD3, I have a template that works for me, but you do gotta work w/ the drums a lot since they are raw samples.  Definitely  not a plug and play set up.
