I really loved this one. The buildup throughout is really beautiful. Everything about this track is so powerful sounding. The video was a really touching tribute to Diez. Such a powerful concept for a video too. Really really great work
Glad to hear you adding the distortion into your regular repertoire. You've really got a knack for taking a progression and building up the intensity. Great work!
Wow...just wow. What a beautiful, gorgeous, and stunning buildup. This one really hit home and got me tearing up a bit. Incredible work.
Aw you're breaking my heart at 1:19 . That was an incredible effective transition in the video and the music though. I really like this heavier side you've been exploring (I mean, obviously since I write so much metal lol), the guitar is thick and grungy and those soaring vocals over the top really take this tune to another level. Great job dude! btw, I'm not-so-secretly trying to dabble in this style of rock music now because of you haha.
I'm not sure what to say here so I'll say it all
I think about how I could remix this
How the chords progress over time
The pads and lead melodies
I enjoyed it, inspires me to do more vocals
Thank you
A nice chord progression and great buildup over the runtime. The video got me right in the feels.
I've missed checking out your videos (no excuses really; just life.) I love how you bring in the vocals for this track, they're fantastic. The whole thing is a beautiful build up to them, it feels like.
Very cool song, loving the guitar work on this. The synth/feedback break in the middle before the drums come in is great. Really makes the back half hit harder. Great video work too! Very sorry for your loss.
this is so nice I'm sorry again for your loss. What a beautiful poetic tribute. I like the shot at 2:20 when the birds pass by the shadows, the almost flutter with the beat
Great buildup and vocals ♥ classic OD sounding harmonies on the vocals
The start of the video and the title made me so confused. Deja vu? Didn't I watch this a couple of weeks ago? Is someone tweaking the matrix?
But then as the track builds and there is that transition to some weeks past, in the same place, where your dog was. This was powerful, how things change and remain the same. Or how they remain the same yet change. Life goes on, springs will come, winters will come but this is not a reason to forget the ones we have parted ways with. Good job on the birds, that was not an easy one to pull.
Also for the music, I liked the construction of the track and the vocal layers you put there. It reminded me of some of NIN's The Fragile moments, these deep cuts full of raw emotions.
I did go back to the Distorted Memories track again to check I was not mad.
listening back now after watching the video earlier
love the guitar tones and how it fades into the the distortion
the vocals coming in at the end were a really lovely touch
it feels like the beginning of a new adventure
Really enjoyed the chord progression and overall sound that gets introduced around 1:44. Nice job
Great song, builds up so nice, I got into it bobbing my head and riding the bassline! I was thinking hey, its fun to watch people just having a conversation what a nice thing that is that people do, then the ghost dog appears, the seasons change, same people talking in coat now! Mind blown. I get it. this is good.
Wow this one is really something special, the way this builds up and is sequenced with the video is spectacular, kick ass vocals at the end!
