I stated this on your YT page of entertainment but that second half is awesome.  The first half creates some nice tension with the drums and then that second half comes in for a full head nod.  The guitar sounds so good on those strums and then the sun shines with the trumpet. Also I think we were both inspired by delays this week smile  yais i like!

Nice extended drum solo intro! Of course the rest of the track turned out neat too. I've really been digging the horn lines you write in your songs.

the drumintro sounds awesome with delay on top. your guitarwork and trompet are a lovely surprising bonus.

Love when the guitar kicks in, and again trumpets for the win!!! smile

And this is super cool that you record your acoustic drums, adding some delays and fx on it is pretty cool.

If you are interested to listening at a kick ass drummer that uses fx in real time sometimes, you can hook up Dan Mayo on google.

Have an excellent week!

I dig the anticipation created by the long drum intro.  It's a nice little moment of fulfillment when the guitar finally kicks in.  And I always love hearing the trumpet.  Also once again I must applaud you on your ability to create art and get some yardwork done at the same time.  I need to figure out a way to apply that principle to doing some housework.

Apparently when I commented last week about how nice it is to have so much greenery, I wasn't taking into account how much yard work you seemingly do every week lol. I guess I'll take solace in my rocks and cacti tongue.

I appreciate how you utilized drums to build up the intro. When everything rolls in the second half it comes together nicely. I particularly like your choice of chords, they sound really dark and moody. And man, that progression just comes together so nicely when the horns play over the chords.

I need to get a drum set and learn to play.

Delay and reverb on the drums sound so good, really like the extended intro on this, glad to keep hearing that trumpet.  Video reminds me of all the yard work I still have to get done, really late start this year up in Edmonton.

that sudden guitar is quite sneaky, I like

i can hear the foliage rejoicing

I like that your garden is modular and you can move pieces here and there, like Lego pieces. I need that tree over there today. It's an interactive garden. Now I wish I had a garden.

I cannot remember watching a video of someone rearranging trees in a garden. With the drum tension and the whimsical guitar line, this made for a mystic adventure.

This is unbeleafable! Tight guitar riff!

hellooooooo jazz/dub drums!
