Somebody'd better call U-haul. 'Cause you got serious moves. big_smile
I hear you about being exhausted. Great track though!

Great work!  I still can't believe you're doing video too.  I like the electro vibe to it being a big NIN fan and how good is the Model Cycles!  I'll have to record out some tracks using it as I've created well over 20 presets in it.  It's one of my lounge synths.  Hehe.

Lovely synthy grooves, your vocal harmonies and processing are so so pretty too!

So good. Nodding my head all the way through.

Great singing harmony! And I love this video, amazing dance! big_smile

Amazing everything. Amazing dance moves and creativity using minimal ressources. Great to see some elders too! Might be just my headphones but I kinda kept wishing the vocals were a bit more upfront and in my face.

excellent track + vid! love the choreography and slow motion closeups. got some NIN vibes from this one

YES!  I bow to my Model:Cycles Lord!  That's so awesome.  I love the device, thanks again for your work on it.  Thanks for the NIN comparison, wow!

Thanks!  I didn't want to sing but then when it happened it made the song for me.  Glad you like the dancing!

Shoutout to my husband Frank in the video, he was actually in a seniors dance team a while back!  GREAT note about the vocals.  I spent too long on the track in once sitting and got ear fatigued.  I definitely want to touch it up if/when this goes on an album.  I'm listening on a different headphone set and can hear it too.  I really appreciate the note, it helps a ton.

ZIRAFA IS BACK BREAKING NEWS ZIRAFA IS BACK

slo mo courtesy of the new camera, very excited about it!  Flattered to get another NIN comparison!

Damn, this is seriously impressive.  First off, the video making seems to be getting exponentially better just in these first 2 weeks.  Love the editing and lighting.  Also, very hard to believe that everything was tracked on you models cycles too, that thing is so versatile!  Want it (of course).  Great vocals again this week too, perfect for this song.

I was so into the video, it didn't even occur to me how good the song was until after. Honestly, great job all around! Looking forward to more from you smile

Wow, the model cycles sounds really good! Great tune and an awesome video too smile

fantastic vibes! Love this synth pop feeling, reminds me of my favourite tracks I listened to on my ipod as a teenager! Thank you for taking me back and keep it up!

This slapped in my truck. Great tempo dude.

Solid!

I really like how moving it is. Sounds, chord progression and melodies are great. It sounds like you are putting loads of effort on those man. I am quite impressed.

Fun song, fantastic dance moves and gotta love that you got your husband involved in it!  Great stuff.

well i laughed - i cried - that was so awesome!
you & Frank sure have some nice moves!
i was really feeling down today & this totally cheered me up
i can feel & believe it inside!

10/10 man I love this. I feel like this is why we make art.

So much awesomeness concentrated into a single point of the universe, all the energy, dance moves, love, art, crazy music into that single space, we're reaching critical mass, breaking through the fabric of space-time and creating a black hole where time is frozen and we all live in an eternal OrangeDrink music video. Sounds good to me.

That was awesome, hats off to you sir.

You've gone all out! Inspiring stuff. Some early NIN vibes with the Model:Cycles, nice one.

Awesome track, super catchy- but still has that cool edge! Nice work on the big sounding part towards the end- everything really hits hard there and the energy is perfect

geez, this is damn good, can you keep this up big_smile? definitely some NIN vibes. Love the sound design, catchy melody, and vocals sound good too.

I can't believe it! Frank has moves!

Energy is so good on this, another great video, impressed with how much you have done in your basement and all the creativity with these videos, love the part with the distortion and jumping to the growl on your face.

Love the videos Drew. It's great to get the background on your songs, see the gear, your sense of humor    and occasional dog cameos. This video is crazy good with the dancing and selfie stick motion part. Not to mention the music, which is outstanding. Love the tight sounds you get from the elektron contrasted with the big vocal delay effects sound.  The songs energy just keeps building. Faved and downloaded!!

Holy this is amazing!

Oof those lyrics hit me hard. I love the wall calendar haha, I kind of like the idea of making my own version. Excellent tune heart

magnificent.

I know, right? Two for one at the ice cream parlor?

I highly recommend the M:C!  It is super fun and I feel like it's easy to get really weird sounds (which I like) - thank you so much for the kind words on the vocals and video, I'm trying!

WOW Emily!  heart so glad it got you on an emotional level.  Frank is great, isn’t he???

…did you just hit me with a Francis Bacon / Derek Jacobi / Abstract Art / LGBT image all wrapped into one?  I LOVE YOU FOREVER!!!

KEDBREAK that was the most exciting visualization / kindest compliment.  Wow.  I do feel like I’m trying to bring all these disparate elements together that converge into Orange Drink so aside from it being so flattering, I’m glad that’s the impression you’re getting!

Thanks!  I’m glad you liked the selfie-motion part, I wasn’t sure if that’d play well, but I wanted something to get the “energy” moving to transition into the big ending.  Thanks for being so awesommmmme

I keep on pretending that I’m not living a lie, always tasting everything and acting so surprised -

I woke up and I lost another three scoops of my life!

Ugh, everything you make is fucking brilliant.
I only say ugh because I'm like, offended in a good way at how good your music is.

Ok, wow. I snoozed on Week 3 apparently. DUDE!! I didn't even know you had changing lights in Week 3 and I did that for Week 4 - FrEaKy... Seriously, this is one of my fave tracks that you've produced. It gave me some huge Sonic Animation vibes, if you aren't familiar with them, they were Australia's answer to artists like The Prodigy, Junkie XL, etc. Especially the synth line that comes in at 2 mins... LOVE IT! The vocals are amazing and the FX are spot on. Inspiring me to go back to my electronica roots this week... oh, these guys were my first 18+ gig too smile

Damn!!  I know I'm going to forget something but that song was super catchy!  Had to play it again for extra appreciation.  That main synth melody sounds so good.  The pace of the track with the drums was cool while the main synth just had me grooving along. You and Frank had killer dance moveries too!  Also I have no idea how you're keeping up with all the videos but it's been awesome to watch.  The editing, presentation and intros are suhweet!  You got that model cycles sounding pretty friggin awesome man!

See I forgot things.  The drums have such a cool sound to them.  I was getting NIN-With Teeth ERA feels.  I also like how the song builds from the drums like you're hitting play on a cassette tape.  Awesome vocal harmonies too.  Really catchy song! Ok bai!

okay you are really way too kind!  but your check is in the mail!  i'm glad you are offended smile

Yo this track is BUMPING and this guy's voice is gorgeous.  Also thought about the lights when I saw your video!  great minds think alike smile  glad you liked it thanks so much!

duuude, thank you so much.  the videos are killing me but whatever, gotta keep trying to impress the WB family!  the model:cycles is so good, it's hard to sound bad!

I also really appreciated your comment about the cassette tape, that's always a good sign to me.  AND I love With_Teeth!

YEAH! I can FEEL it! ♥
Great composition and lyrics! You have a good approach creating stuff that you care deeply about, it's def something I am learning from you.

It's so great you are opening up so wide to let all this music come out! I can imagine it's not easy but for sure it is worth it! Thanks and keep it up! And the dancing and video was such a joy big_smile

Beautiful pop song with beautiful drums and beautiful ingredients.

This is my favorite so far. Looking back from the distant future of week 6 that is.

"Worry about it never". Well said! I love when the layered vox come in. Less is almost always more with instrumentation, I think. Nice work!

Thanks so much!  It's tough to do less because it feels so "naked" at times.  Glad you liked it.
