Apparently you're doing something right! Loved the performance mimicking perfectly the beat repeats! The cherry on top was when you shut down the lights on the switch! Genius! Keep it up!

Fun vibes with the pitched down everything!

Love the new beat over it. Very groovy.

We all are wrong. You are not THAT special. wink

Hehe, that echoic intro could've been a whole track by itself. big_smile Great to hear this song being revisited. Love the direction you took the remix!

...Okay, I've gotta give this a follow-up comment because this just sounds so excellent! The way you stretch, chop and splice the original material together rocks, and the new mix sounds wonderful to me. Altogether, this goes hard and cuts deep in a way that only your tracks can!

Holy what. I can’t even comprehend what is going on. This is blowing my mind. What!? What!? You also have the performance energy of the lead singer of Rammstein! I feel like a squirrel trying to watch and comprehend a tactical nuclear submarine that just came out of the water.

I don’t even know what questions to ask. Maybe just start with some noobie questions. What are those things in front of you you’re using to play?

Awesome sound! First listen is audio only, still unsure how you did the low pitch vocals, I guess its gotta be a sample... is it one of your older songs? the beat is really cool, oldschool hiphop (says I who only knows hiphop beats in 2022 hhehe).

when the sample comes back as regular pitch I felt pretty surprised the song keeps going! I like it. After so many repetitions of "apparently I've been wrong" you really start thinking about it hahha. I like that about the concept of leaning into it, cause you can shift the meaning of a thing after it has been repeated enough times, without even doing anything to it.

ahhaha love the video too! a lot of nice touches from the lighting to the dance moves. it's a full show! congrats and much love!

Once again, fantastic work, especially when the chopped up vocals kick in! Super trippy and fun!!!

I don't know the original from 2022 so I'm gonna have to go back and check it out, but I'm loving this version. Great performance energy (duh) and from now on I'm just gonna pretend this is your actual voice and whenever you're not speaking in a super low tone you're actually just faking it to sound normal.

Supergood performance. I became a little scared, when I saw you touching the white voltage plug thing on the table. I expected the music to stop or somekind of  electric hazard accident effect. But the more I saluted the caveman shadowdance lightshow you created after switching off the PowerPlug. I remember that 2022 song very well. Nice you picked it up again.

Ooooh when the drums kick the vocals aside oooh yais.  Instant head nodder and hand waver.  Oooh the vocal harmony breakdown is top notch!  Also impossible not to sing along to that outro.
ps imma need an airhorn for a future week's vidjo_intro js smile

Gold star, the remix was class and the performance energy had me genuinely smiling.

So gooooood!

very fun performance, thoroughly enjoyed that

I remember the original track from 2022 and it's really cool to see how you've twisted it into new permutations.  Your moves are such a vital part of the performance it got me thinking of another question.  Do you choreograph your moves at all or is it entirely free flowing?

Man, that performance was amazing. Your music always brings a smile to my face. Nice work!

Haha love the glitchy dance moves big_smile

Great song too, I actually rarely think of remixing my old stuff (apart from remaking stuff on m8 but that's more of a direct copy/update than doing something new), I should give it a go.

One of my favorites of the year so far. excellent job with this one.

oh hell yeah! loved the original, and this update sounds so cool. the slowed parts with that beat... YES. video was icing on the cake!

Oh hell yeah, I could listen to a loop of the last half of this track forever.

Seeing you dance made me dance a little, thank you! Loving this new version/remix of the song. Always loved that lyric. Great performance, the dancing of course, but just when I thought maybe we needed variety, BAM, light action!! Yesss.

What a rippa track! You're really get your value out of the material in this remix. And as always, you put on a hell of a show!

We can't all be always right.

What fun!  Made me and the Whippet dance!

cactus club represent = such a fun venue
drew interpretive dancing = delight
chorus of drews = magnificent

Dry drums are the SOUND!  Love it.  Hectic rework!

Breaking silent pact in spite of spying on y'all, the OG is one of my favorite tracks of all time (not WB, just tracks / songs I love) -- dude this remix is some Boards of Canada shit in the best sense of "some Boards of Canada shit" it's kinda perfect heart

Can we maybe drop AIBW as an OD single? Mix/master the OG and have this as side B? It's kinda a great song...

LOVE THE SING ALONG / ACTING OUT THE REPEATS! Fantastic song

Back for more. big_smile You've got an way of remixing your originals and making them go even harder, you know?
