Untouchable

By onezero on December 27, 2020 10:21 pm

Fifty-two tracks! Thank you, WB community, for creating and for listening!

This one's another chill-out kind of track. I'd started with some beats that had come to mind (in Ableton's 64 pad kit jazz drum rack), and threw on some Echo send and convolution reverb for atmosphere. Next came some keys--Spitfire Audio Soft Piano (which got a bit of Auto-Filter drive) and Ableton's Electric. I tracked the usual Epiphone P-J bass (EQ-8 rolloff, send to a room-sized convolution reverb), and two tracks of PureSalem Mendiola guitar (Vox Wah, Reuss RF-01).

Sends: Audio Thing Texture, Ableton Echo, two convolution reverbs (one close, one far).

Title comes from 52 being an untouchable number.

Thank you for listening! See you over at Streak Club for the weekly music in 2021.

Fun, lots of delay and chill

I did not know about the concept of untouchable numbers. That is interesting.
The bass here is funky and the guitars are really tasty. Subtle chords, wah guitar in the background that adds a few licks here and there. A chill track!

See you at the Streak Club!

This is fun, and calming.

Chill, rich tone and nice groove. Sets a mood. Cheers to another round of WB!

Good luck with next year, for now, this song is a fine end of the equation.
