Ring of Death

First in a series of challenges fellow WB'er Ryan has laid down for me, this one was to do a shred Ring Modulator solo. Get it? RING of Death??? Cause its Death Metal and a ring modulator??? GET IT????? oh sigh...... I need better puns.

Mostly straight up death metal, but added a completely tasteless sweep riff, that ticks a box for me, no one ever let me do that in a real song, and quite happy with the bass tone this week too.

Recorded on my Ibanez S and my Ibanez BTB bass with totes brutes EMG's.

Ive been keeping an eye on yours lol! Ryan told me about your stuff from 2018, and was not happy when you had to take a break, but we are both glad you are back for the year!! You always have the gear and tonez on lockdown.

Very brutal riffage! I imagine the ring modulator is a person screaming for help from a buried coffin, all manic and desperate and unhinged sounding =o) (not sure if smiley face is appropriate to that description, but is suitable in that it is a compliment, of sorts).
