Nowhere to Hide

Needed an idea, and Haleja seemed to be having fun with the 'just 3 instruments thing' so Im borrowing his idea lol. Just try to make a rocking good time song with just the three sources.

A couple of challenges to overcome, one, when there's only a single guitar track there's nowhere to hide! Play better chump.
Secondly, had to spend more time on the bass so the whole power trio thing happening, I did used to love the three piece band when there's a good bass tone and playing, I got out the Way Huge Pork and Pickle Overdrive/Fuzz to get the goods.
Third, mono guitar is no good here, and don't like most of the 'tricks' to widen the stereo field, so this time went with 2 big separate re-amped tones to get as wide as possible. Left is the Peavey Invective, very modern and mid-range-y, right is the Kustom 72 Hard Top, just the most versatile sleeper amp ever made. Left has some chorus here and there, and when there's delay, the right always has more delay.
The pitch shifter tracks are just effects, not actually 'overdubbed' to keep with the spirit of the challenge.

Was about to comment about how good the stereo is, and saw your writeup―great decision. The spread on the drumkit is also great; it's especially fun when the toms tumble from one ear to the other.

Amazing, killed the 3 track thing. Sweet playing! I suppose it is a bit daunting with nowhere to hide, but the clarity is sooo gooood hahaha.

Amazing job.

I'd say you nailed it. Primo guitaring, solid drumming and tasty bass.

Yeah, that's really tight. I could not tell it's a 3 tracks track. That's what a cool trio would play in a club.

Ridiculous skillz(that guitar solo is insane! and the way the drums and bass keep it so tightly driven, truly amazing) heart
