Who's to say what this even is? Smashed some random Korg-M3-flute-preset-playing through the M8's external instrument filters in the last 30 minutes. In very rare moments does it sound intentional. Tricky bit with recording into the M8 is that it can only play internal synths during recording; no samples. As such, couldn't actually hear the other track I had laid down while recording the other.

ok no wait this is actually a good idea though. the use of lo-fi woodwinds really reminds me of dungeon synth. the beats underneath could be a little bit more interesting and impactful, they're kind of swallowed in the mix, and musically the flute kind of meanders, but the idea is a sound one and worth expanding on. i would love to here a second attempt at this, maybe finding a couple of phrases and building on them, with a more traditional build/drop structure?
