Its not really done but its done enuf. Im not serving ground beef or pork so you should be ok. At least no worms or listeria or campylobacteriosis or salmonella, trichinoisis, hemorrhagic colitis (that sounds exciting and messy!), yersiniosis (mysiniosis, theirsiniosis...), shigellosis, brucellosis, bovine tuberculosis (!) clostridium perfringens (I cant stop), staphylococcal food poisoning, toxoplasmosis(I think my cat wants to give me that. But he loves me. Just like god), hepatitus!!!, novovirus gastroenteritis and so many more to choose from.
But, you wont get them here. Probably not even an ear worm.
