My ears are back to normal thanks to everyone for your support. My big mistake this week was that I lost a days work because I forgot to save my renoise project. It turned out ok though since I had saved some of the instruments I was working on separately from the main project. I worked on sound design of the rhythm section a lot and used samples for a lot of the textures. I would like to make more of the samples myself in the future but wasn't in the cards this week. I have also started learning my new TD-3, and I am hoping it makes it into the track next week. I am happy with this week's track and still having lots fun over here!

BOH! BOH!

Drums are killer, but the rest sells it. So many grimey, glitchy, bleepy sounds.

In Arkansas back a couple of decades ago, bigger raves were at the Hall of Industry at the fairgrounds. The main room was most of the space, but the smaller back room was the Jungle room.

When I’d run into people who had never been in the jungle room before, I’d warn them it was rad and immediately sounded like you’d been abducted by aliens.

This 4000% took me right there. We’re getting down and also maybe getting probed

A tarzan scream would fit in well here.

The production on this track sounds really good! Very clear in my headphones and the bass is really pleasant without any mud somehow. I like the different sounds that you used. Yeah the sound is great, really pleasant to listen to.

those bass sounds are ridiculously awesome. you definitely have a knack for some drum n bass stuff. Looking forward to next week!

Damn it slaps hard. Super engaging beat, had my head bopping hard the all time.

oh my god, you bring my love for higher bpm´s back into my nervesystem. Very good stuff.

That.

Bass.

is ✨PERFECT✨

God, I loved jungle

Glad to hear you're ears are cleared up! Rhythm section sounds great. Love the part in the middle when that alert beep comes in over the bass.

nice breaks, love the section from 00:40 to 00:55 where the mix opens up and you just let the bass breathe

Delicious. The bass is meaty to the bone but the scream-siren around 1 min gave me goosebumps, felt that one in my teeth! (In a great way!)

thanks for the comment! listening back, one of the things i think i missed on this was not allowing it breathe more in general, especially in the intro. i'm going to keep trying to find those kinds of moments to let things develop.

Not sure we can pull one off, maybe someday.

Nice! That bass wobble almost knocked me over. Killer drums too.

Fuck yes!

I love everything about this and wish it was 6 minutes longer.

Thank you! I really appreciate the listen.

My regret with it is that I didn't expand it more and let it develop more. I really need to be less afraid of making longer tracks. I feel like people will lose patience so I try to make them shorter. I know you were probably hyperbolizing with 6 more minutes, but I do appreciate the comment about it being longer. Very helpful.
