SAYING_GOODBYE

Saying goodbye hurts the longest
Saying goodbye hurts the most
Saying goodbye hurts the longest
Saying goodbye hurts the most

I'm not saying goodbye 'cause I'm leaving
I'm just saying goodbye 'cause I'm already gone
I'm not saying goodbye 'cause I'm leaving
I'm just saying goodbye 'cause I'm already gone

Saying goodbye to the world
Saying goodbye to the pain
Saying goodbye to yesterday.
Saying hello to today

Trying my own vocals for the first time, stepping out of my comfort zone for sure on this one (vocal chain needs work).

Coming out of the last two weeks fog has been good, finally feeling inspired to make some music. I am grateful to all those that have take a listen the last couple of weeks as it was a struggle to put anything out.

I truly hope everyone is doing well in this crazy, crazy world

i love the vocals on this! i aspire to be able to do this. the track really works, love the sensitivity but also the positive energy. favorited!

how did you get started on a vocal chain? that's my next step

Congratulations to this touching emotional track. Very honest voice you have.

vocal is great, this moved me. thank you

Ha, I put my vocals on my track this week for this first time, too. Cheers!

In your case it worked out well. Focused track, clean pitch. Good job!

Nice work for your first vocal track!  That gritty gnarly bass synth sounds so good cutting thru the mix.  Breaks and percussion keep the pace movin and groovin.

Cool to hear your vocals.  They sound great!

Thank, you. Nothing super fancy yet. I just have a cheap SM-57 general purpose mic going into my RME interface and Izotope Nectar doing the heavy lifting. I have a 500 series rack just haven't had the time to dial anything in, perahps in the future.

Thank you, more vocals in the future. Have to work on getting my music done in time to add vocals, but plenty of weeks left to work out the kinks.

Thank you vocals is such a vulnerable thing, especially as a non-singer glad it wasn't as bad as I imagined it was.

More vocals in the future, just have to have more planning to leave time to both write and record.
