PURSUIT

This week is all about pursuit, pursue your passions, your love, pursue your dreams, pursue the highest aspect of yourself, pursue all the things all the time. I do hope to find all these things someday, but in the mean time, I am just trying to find comfort in the chase.
I do hope each and everyone of you finds these things and hold on to them when they appear.

Digitakt and Analog Rytm did all the heavy lifting. Synths were primarily single cycle waveforms looped and shaped on the Digitakt. A couple of sub tones and drums from the Rytm to round out the rhythm section. The string bass was a single shot bass sample from Goldbaby with some chorus from the Digitakt. Found some vocal samples to resample through the modular and eventually into the Digi to finish things off. A quick stereo out into ableton into what has become my default final mixbus just to raise levels and provide some glue compression but I haven't been spending any time on the final mix, just get something that sounds good coming out of the Digitakt and give a bit of balance and compression in the box.
