ALL FEEDBACK APPRECIATED smile

Hey all, it's been a little while. Life absolutely took over, but I managed to steal away some time to upload this: an idea originally uploaded for Weekly Beats towards the end of 2024. In that time, it's been fleshed out into a couple of different versions with a couple of different bands, the last of which has played it out in the world for a few gigs which was a lot of fun. I wanted to do a recorded version of it, so a las here it is.

I mixed it then send it through and automated master via BandLab for this version.

I welcome all feedback on the mix and the song writing and any ideas you feel may improve it, I do appreciate the feedback from this community.  After a round of feedback, I'll probably 'release' it somewhere online.

I hope all is well with all of you and will endeavour to drop back in and listen to some of your fine creations this week.

Much love

I love the song and the sentiment. It sounds great! Not sure this counts as full-fledged feedback per se, but I'd be curious to A/B this version and a version where the main vocal has less effects on it. Maybe that would make the doubled vocal even punchier when it comes in?? Yay welcome back

Solid production, everything sounds at the right place.

Don't know why but it reminds me of 'The (International) Noise Conspiracy' vibe.

Rocking track. Congrats.

ayyyy nice to hear you again! song rips!
if i was mixing i'd probably have the vocs down a bit to make the instrumentation feel bigger. but that could just be a personal taste thing.
as it is is the spirit is coming through loud and clear. nice work!
