I recorded a video of me making this track where I walk through everything that I'm doing. So I played it a bit safe this week and just made a nice vibey track.

The only way I could find to "freely" host my making of video is by using a OneDrive share link.

I promise you'll get 15 minutes into this video and think "so he's crazy."

Anyways, I did this more as an exercise in documenting the creation of something. I never do that and I have been meaning to do that more.

Great song! Love the deep bass and laid back drums with the faster synths

If "playing it safe" gets more stuff like this, please keep playing it safe, because this is awesome! Looking forward to watching the making-of video!
I particularly love the x files-esque voice that comes in a couple of times (like at 0:42). Great work!!!

There is something about old video game music where you have an arp going at 270BPM/90BPM that makes the slap extra hard.

All I mean by playing it safe is that I have prob written 1000 songs like this over the years, just following a simple formula that I know will reliably produce a song.

Still gotta get weird n wild in there!

Arpeggio use is great
and that bass around 2min mark before it drops back in, great touch.
