Lush gated pads.
Oh these vocals...!
(Impressive drunk writing, loving the chords.)
Such a comprehensive track, arrangement is top notch, the different parts makes it really fun, surprising at times and very entertaining.
Excellent. Please, encore!
Wait, no soundcloud version this week!? No description either? Not even speedtrashing thise week? What is here though, the song, is rather excellent! I love the melancholic vibe of it. And the faint vocal-esque textures that float in and out. The actual vocals also add a lot to it. This is really lovely and pretty. Very well done!
Gotta love those lush pads with the gated one. Then when the vocals come in it opens up even more. The lead synth with the bass is a sweet combo. Feel a sense of mourning with the vocal layers. Well done!
Relaxed summer track.
Wait, no soundcloud version this week!?
There is https://soundcloud.com/monstretfm/monst ay-wip-for, but from the title I assume it's not considered finished/polished. To me, this just sounds like the WB version - which is already great.
This has so many great little musical and textural moments, and feels like its taking flight and going higher and higher. My fave moment definitely the transition at 2 mins - feels like a big moment of drama there. Also I appreciate the simplicity of the vocal sample - it becomes part of the instrumentation, and slides into the mood really nicely ![]()
