Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

The title comes from some grafitti in Melbourne I travel past most days. It actually says "Gilt Void" Not sure if that's a mistake or whether theres some meaning to it?...

Rocking synth lines! Sounds really cool when they get backed by the strings. Very funky towards the end. Nice!
Digging the bass, love the synths, you probably don't have to replace them, you can just layer the vocals over them.
"Gilt" means gold-coated, so "gilt void" would be the void with a thin layer of gold over it.
