Obsolete Technology

Hi. I used to go by Seagull Chainsaw and I did the Weeklybeats challenge back in 2012 and briefly in 2014. Decided to come back to it in 2018.

SGCS is now dead (Released a 3xCD + Comic Anthology set last year thru Chemical Imbalance). I now go as MLDVR where i focus on dark techno/industrial music but I want to put up my endeavors with using on board analogue gear separate from MLDVR up here.

First crack at a Roland MC-303 accompanied by a Korg Volca Keys and a Yamaha PSR-12. All done live save for one overdub pads. Haven't fully figured out the workstation yet and this track is not very dynamic or the most original sound but its a start.

Sounds good! The sounds are a bit cheesy, but that's sort of the flavor of the MC-303, and it all works well together. I feel like this would fit as a soundtrack piece for a medieval-themed 90s PC game.
