love this one. curious about your setup and how you are recording it.
Thank you!
I'm traveling right now, so my current setup is an Ibanez definitely-not-a-Les-Paul and an ancient Focusrite 2i2, running in to Ableton Live. The last few weeks I've been noodling into a long delay and then chopping my favorite section of that to put over drums and bass. Feel free to ask any follow-up questions, I'm always happy to chat about music stuff!

oh wow, i would not have guessed you were recording direct in. could've sworn i was hearing amp buzz (something i love). are you using some kind of amp sim or doing much processing in Ableton?
really enjoy your playing and style, it's been cool to listen back to your tracks from this year.

I am using amp modelling! Native Instruments Guitar Rig, just the orange cab and head.
Thank you so much for listening!

nice. that Native Instruments stuff seems great. i've used this GTR plugin thing for amp modelling on occasion. it's pretty impressive how far they have come with the tech these days!
ok, gonna go check out this week's track. cheers!
